Shipping & Delivery Policy

At System Care Printing, we primarily operate as a pick-up service. Customers are expected to collect their orders from our location.

1. No Regular Delivery

We do not offer standard delivery services. All orders are to be picked up from our shop in Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2. Emergency or Special Delivery

In rare or emergency situations, we may provide delivery on a case-by-case basis. If you require delivery:

• Contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp before placing the order.
• Specify the delivery address and urgency of the request.
• Delivery may incur an additional charge depending on distance and circumstances.
• We cannot guarantee delivery times and it will be arranged at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when requested. System Care Printing is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses or failed communication.
